フィールドサービスマネージャー/ Field Service Manager
An international semiconductor company is looking for a Field Service Manager. The selected candidate will lead service operations, optimise processes, and enhance customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for post-sales services and customer support
- Oversee all aspects of service and customer support operations
- Analyse processes, assess training needs, and drive service delivery improvements
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries
- Manage personnel selection, development, and evaluation for operational efficiency
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of semiconductor field experience, including 2 years in management
- Proven experience in execution, coordination, and strategic planning
- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese & English
