A multinational eCommerce company is looking for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will oversee vendor accounts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of business strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple accounts across entire product category groups
  • Develop expertise in specific sectors and product groups to provide valuable insights
  • Drive key proposals, negotiations, and achieve sales targets
  • Mentor and support the growth of new team members
  • Contribute to overall planning and reporting mechanisms for senior leadership
  • Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Practical experience in sales pipeline management and delivering sales targets
  • Experience with CRM systems or similar tools
  • Prior sales experience with a trading company
  • Previous B2B sales experience
  • Experience in negotiation with a customer-centric mindset
  • Native level Japanese; proficient in English is ideal
