品質アドバイザー / Quality Advisor

A global energy company is looking for a Quality and Continuous Improvement Advisor to support manufacturing in Japan. The selected candidate will lead efforts to enhance quality culture, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a role model and advocate for quality and continuous improvement culture
• Guide teams in implementing quality strategies, tools, and methodologies
• Support audits in collaboration with the central QA audit team
• Assist project teams with FMEA, RCA, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards
• Enhance manufacturing processes to meet Japanese utility requirements and customer expectations
• Conduct root cause analysis and promote critical thinking to prevent recurrence of issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
• Experience in Japanese market within an energy organisation
• Background in quality management systems
• Prior background in Japanese market requirements related to quality assurance
• Proficient in English
