サービスマネージャー/ Service Manager

A multinational industrial technology company is looking for a Service Manager. The selected candidate will oversee service operations, drive sales growth, and enhance customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage service operations, including technical support, field service, and spare parts
• Drive service sales, including spare parts, maintenance, and upgrades
• Improve service performance by collaborating with global and local teams
• Develop strategic and operational plans with leadership
• Define and implement new processes to enhance service operations
• Mentor and develop team members through training programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in food science, chemical, electrical, mechanical engineering, or relevant domains
• More than 10 years of experience with direct sales in B2B capital equipment or processing industry (food and beverage sector is ideal)
• More than 5 years of experience managing service teams
• Experience in after sales
• Prior experience in equipment integration, servicing, and solutions is preferred
• Understanding of food and beverage process engineering
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level English
