生産技術グループリーダー/ Production Engineering Group Lead

An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Production Engineering Group Lead. The chosen applicant will deliver technical services for various projects related to dosage form production and packaging. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Roll out the strategy and goals of the site into the group strategy and targets
• Manage resources and capabilities to deliver production engineering projects
• Control OPEX, CAPEX, and Head Count budget to meet goals
• Contribute to saving target by leading Dosage Form & Packaging projects
• Grow next technical leaders within the group
• Build connections within the company for stakeholder management
• Update the technical capability of the group according to technological progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in process development or production line engineering in the pharma industry
• Prior team-leading experience (people management is preferred)
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies in the pharma industry
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, including maintenance and troubleshooting
• Understanding of raw materials, packaging materials in chemical, and physical properties, and the production process
• Knowledge of GxPs, relevant regulations and guidelines regarding production, process, analytical and packaging development
