オペレーションマネージャー/ Operation Manager

A global technology company is looking for an Operations Manager. The selected candidate will lead and develop field engineering teams while enhancing deployment processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor field engineers while standardising deployment processes
• Track key KPIs and ensure SOPs reflect best practices
• Act as liaison between field engineering and system/product teams to resolve deployment issues
• Collaborate with project teams to validate plans and provide targeted training
• Drive team growth by designing onboarding, career paths, and performance reviews
• Enhance documentation, tools, and ensure alignment with company values

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (mechanical, electrical, robotics, or similar)
• More than 5 years of experience in field engineering or technical deployment roles within robotics, automation, or a relevant domain
• Background in leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams
• Prior background in driving adoption of standardised processes, tracking KPIs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Knowledge of SOP development, Kaizen methodologies, and SAFe/Agile practices
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
