A multinational industrial equipment manufacturer is looking for a Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive solution-based sales to large-scale users while expanding existing accounts and developing new leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing large user accounts
  • Identify and convert new leads within the target market
  • Acquire new large-scale users for industrial solutions
  • Develop tailored cleaning solutions based on specific customer needs
  • Present and demonstrate products directly at customer sites
  • Promote solution-based sales to improve hygiene and labour safety at client facilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 5 years of experience
  • Proven experience in key account or territory sales of technical solutions to industrial or warehousing users
  • Experience in selling industrial machines or to construction machinery rental companies preferred
  • Proficient in developing tailored solutions and conducting on-site demonstrations
  • Ability and willingness to travel to client locations for product presentations
  • Native level Japanese; intermediate level English is ideal
