セールス・BDマネージャー/ Sales and BD Manager

A global electronic connector manufacturer is looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager, Mobile Consumer Products. The selected candidate will drive business growth, develop new markets, and manage key accounts to achieve revenue and corporate objectives. This is a remote setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in Japan
• Identify and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and oversee order fulfilment and payment collection
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs
• Track project milestones, deliver engineering samples, and provide sales forecasts and business plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in RF/Antenna or Mechanical Engineering
• More than 10 years of sales experience in the mobile consumer industry
• Experience in sales contract negotiations
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level written and verbal English; Chinese is a plus
