A multinational IT consulting company is looking for an Industrial Manufacturing Sales professional. The selected candidate will drive business development initiatives targeting major Japanese manufacturing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing industry
  • Collaborate with global and domestic teams to create strategic proposals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major manufacturers
  • Create tailored proposals aligned with company capabilities and client needs
  • Lead proposal development and client engagement independently
  • Support long-term growth through strategic account planning

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in business development in sales to the manufacturing industry
  • Experience in sales (MES, PLM, Smart Factory, IoT, or digital manufacturing)
  • Prior experience with tools from companies (Siemens, Dassault Systèmes, PTC, NEC, etc.)
  • Proven experience in business or IT consulting at a consulting firm is preferred
  • Background in meeting or surpassing revenue targets
  • Knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and concepts of Industry 4.0
  • Native level Japanese; business level English
