A global industrial solutions company is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive market share growth by developing technical specifications, implementing market strategies, and providing expert support to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical specifications for industrial products with OEMs and integrators
• Implement market strategies to expand business and maximise sales growth
• Provide technical assistance and conduct seminars for distributors, integrators, and OEMs
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and long-term business prospects
• Prepare technical proposals that align with customer needs and company offerings
• Monitor customer performance and take corrective actions as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of relevant industry experience
• High-level knowledge of industrial product applications
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, SAP, and database systems
• Ability to work with international teams in a global matrix organisation
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
