A global equipment and machinery manufacturer is seeking a Sales Engineer, Industrial. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals and provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to meet sales and profit goals
  • Analyse the market and align business efforts with company policies
  • Engage with customers to understand needs and propose solutions
  • Develop new business opportunities and nurture customer relationships
  • Present customer value propositions and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide sales forecasts and performance reports

Requirements:

  • Experience in solution sales (direct sales is ideal)
  • Prior experience with customers to solve their concerns
  • Proven experience in sales at an industrial equipment manufacturer (end-user or dealer)
  • Background in developing new customers and nurturing current customers
  • Prior background with CRM
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Native level Japanese; proficient in English
