A global maritime cargo services company is looking for an Account Representative. The selected candidate will manage B2B sales activities, focusing on spare parts, services, and project solutions. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell spare parts, services, and projects to new and existing customers
  • Visit customers regularly to build relationships and achieve sales targets
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms to close sales orders
  • Capture market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor data to support business growth
  • Manage quotations, sales orders, and customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Follow up on receivables, dry dock schedules, and customer product installed base
  • Process purchase orders, confirmations, deliveries, and handle claims and nonconformities
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects assigned by management

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge of large mechanical equipment preferred
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings
  • Conversational level English
