A global industrial solutions company is looking for a Technical Field Sales professional. The selected candidate will drive end-to-end sales processes, build key client relationships, and provide technical expertise to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure
  • Source and engage potential end-user and OEM accounts, both new and existing
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in technical sales discussions
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including inside sales, technical service, and delivery support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical or mechanical engineering or a similar field
  • More than 5 years of experience in field sales
  • Proven experience in field sales within manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or automation industries
  • Proficient in technical presentations and CRM tasks such as reporting and database management
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Fluent level Japanese and English
