フィールドセールス/ Field Sales
A global industrial solutions company is looking for a Technical Field Sales professional. The selected candidate will drive end-to-end sales processes, build key client relationships, and provide technical expertise to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure
- Source and engage potential end-user and OEM accounts, both new and existing
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts
- Serve as a subject matter expert in technical sales discussions
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including inside sales, technical service, and delivery support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical or mechanical engineering or a similar field
- More than 5 years of experience in field sales
- Proven experience in field sales within manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or automation industries
- Proficient in technical presentations and CRM tasks such as reporting and database management
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent level Japanese and English
