A renowned technology manufacturing company is looking for a Consulting Program Management professional. The selected candidate will align cross-functional stakeholders and guide strategic projects to drive equipment and service revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Align project priorities across Sales, BD, SBU, and Field Service
• Define project value based on technical benefit and revenue impact
• Collaborate with Sales and Service to drive customer engagement and agreement upgrades
• Support strategy development for equipment and service business growth
• Partner with consulting teams on project execution and customer communication
• Synchronise Japan strategies with global HQ and justify project needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience in semiconductor process, equipment, integration, or field engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in sales or business role in service (or intangible products)
• Experience in service sales or consulting firm (intangible service product)
• Prior experience in marketing or sales
• Knowledge on Etch, CVD, PVP, RTP, or implant
• Ability and willingness to travel
