プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A global packaging products manufacturer is seeking a Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee all project phases, from planning to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate multiple related activities to deliver project scope and objectives
• Define, communicate, and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain a deliverable-oriented work breakdown structure
• Execute, control, and communicate the project plan
• Define, manage, and control project budget
• Plan and manage quality activities using appropriate tools and methods
• Build and lead the project team with clear roles and responsibilities
• Develop and implement stakeholder-focused communication plans
• Monitor and mitigate project risks through a structured plan
• Create and manage procurement plans to align supplier performance with project goals
• Oversee contractual arrangements and maintain stakeholder engagement

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project leadership role
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional technical teams
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient level in written and verbal English
