製品ライン管理/ Product Line Management

A renowned international chemical products company is looking for a Product Line Management professional. The selected candidate will lead innovation projects, manage product portfolios, and drive cost optimisation initiatives in Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Lead innovation projects based on customer insights and stage-gate process
• Manage and optimise the product portfolio through cross-functional collaboration
• Develop go-to-market strategies and support sales tool creation
• Drive cost-saving initiatives through product rationalisation and reformulation
• Execute cross-functional projects such as localisation and product transfer
• Define value-based pricing and estimate costs for new product development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA is ideal)
• 5-8 years of experience in product management or a relevant domain
• Background in chemical is preferred
• Excellent project management skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level verbal English
