FMCG Head of Industry (Unit Lead)

A global internet technology company is looking for a FMCG Head of Industry (Unit Lead). The selected candidate will lead a sales team to drive business and marketing growth across FMCG portfolios through TikTok solutions. This is a flex time role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales teams handling CPG, beauty, luxury, and related client portfolios
• Develop and execute comprehensive team strategies to achieve revenue targets and business milestones
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client and agency stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional and global teams to deliver value to clients
• Gather external market insights and contribute to building value-driven solutions
• Support overall sales organisation growth with strategic market intelligence

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in a commercial role at a technology-driven company or management consulting (platform, ads agency, consulting)
• Experience with large clients
• Prior experience in people and team management
• Knowledge of business and media challenges
• Background in digital and marketing
• Prior Digital ads Sales Director, or management background is ideal
• Proficient in Japanese and English
