サービスエンジニア/ Service Engineer

A multinational electrical systems company is hiring a Service Engineer, EPMS. The selected candidate will support the implementation and maintenance of Electrical Power Monitoring Systems, providing technical expertise and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for EPMS, including implementation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training
• Install, test, maintain, and repair network equipment related to electrical monitoring systems
• Maintain detailed technical records and liaise with R&D to resolve complex issues
• Serve as the main contact for service contracts and support sales in expanding service opportunities
• Manage customer relationships to ensure top-tier service delivery
• Respond promptly and professionally to all technical inquiries
• Identify startup malfunctions and perform corrective actions
• Deliver on-the-job training and mentorship to customers and internal teams
• Represent the company in all customer-facing service roles

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in software
• More than 3 years in either field support, service support, or large-scale monitoring system or network construction
• Experience in EPMS or SCADA preferred
• Skilled in network installation, troubleshooting, and electrical monitoring systems
• Possess a valid EPMS or SCADA training qualification is a plus
• Native level Japanese; business level English
