サービスエンジニア/ Service Engineer

A global industrial equipment company is looking for a Service Engineer. The selected candidate will oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for adhesive application systems in the automotive manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering duties like maintenance and preparation of prototypes prior to machine purchase for new customers, etc.
• Support for pre-delivery testing, trial operation, assembly, installation, and pre-shipment verification
• Technical meetings and attendance with new customers prior to purchase of machines, etc.

Requirements:

• Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment
• Knowledge of adhesive application systems or electric nut runners preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate with outsourcing partners and internal teams
• Proficient in Japanese and English
