タレントアクイジションマネージャー/ Talent Acquisition Manager

A global beverage company is looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment, enhance employer branding, and support talent development initiatives. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
• Develop attraction strategies aligned with the company’s EVP and hiring needs
• Strengthen candidate experience from recruitment to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and global talent teams
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and TA vendors
• Support training needs assessment, delivery, and maintenance of training records

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of HR experience
• More than 5 years in end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Proven experience in direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and industry networks
• Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders, prioritising tasks, and handling confidential information
• Ability to deliver training and utilise tools like SmartRecruiters and Wingfinder
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
