リクルーティングスペシャリスト/ Recruiting Specialist

An international management consulting firm is looking for a Recruiting Specialist. The selected candidate will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, direct sourcing, and event operations to drive effective hiring strategies. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for industry hires, including event planning, candidate screening, interviews, and offer coordination
• Lead direct sourcing initiatives using internal referrals, LinkedIn, and BizReach
• Organise and execute recruiting events such as company presentations, small group sessions, and coffee chats
• Oversee recruiting programs, including logistics, evaluations, and vendor coordination
• Support the design and continuous improvement of recruiting strategies and processes
• Collaborate closely with candidates, agencies, vendors, and leadership while supervising junior staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
• Native level Japanese; professional level English (TOEIC 850+)
