フィールドトレーニングオフィサー/ Field Training Officer

An international security services company is seeking a Field Training Officer for Data Centre Physical Security. The selected candidate will lead training initiatives and support safety and compliance efforts at data centre campuses across the region. This is a haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and sustainment training
• Train and certify new security personnel while maintaining documentation
• Deliver in-person field training to security staff
• Track and report training completion metrics
• Promote safety awareness and implement regional and global safety initiatives
• Coordinate training programs with site and headquarters leadership
• Ensure compliance with policies and standard operating procedures
• Recommend onboarding schedules based on staff needs
• Support audit compliance related to training and submitted critical documentation
• Maintain accurate training and safety records
• Provide feedback on competence, compliance, and morale to site leadership
• Identify and suggest improvements for security operations
• Evaluate and escalate safety issues as needed
• Perform tasks following safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or above
• 2-4 years of experience in the security industry or business management
• Prior training experience in security or data centre environments
• Skilled in classroom and field training delivery
• Proficient in learning security and safety devices
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
