人事本部長/HR Head

An international luxury fashion brand is searching for an HR Head. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, retaining and developing key people.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong connections with CEO Japan and first line reports
• Monitor Office and Retail teams and sponsor the company culture
• Lead Corporate and Retail Recruiting, directly and liaising with agencies
• Manage Labor relations
• Manage hiring and dismissal processes
• Lead and manage HR Cost Controlling to ensure the targets are reached efficiently (annual BDG and monthly Forecast)
• Manage payroll activities, compensation and benefits, and administrative statutory requirements
• Lead Training & Development activities and projects coordinating with the HQ

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Strong HR Retail background
• Experience and knowledge in L&D
• Background in HR Cost Controlling
• Strong knowledge of labour law
• Skilled in recruitment and people management
• HR Retail and fashion background in preferred
• Native level Japanese; business level English
