• 人財戦略の策定と実行
• 評価制度の充実と最適化
• 人事業務の統括
• 規則管理を含む総務業務全般の統括

• エクゼクティブマネジメントチーム（EMT）の一員としての戦略的貢献

• 人事・総務における管理職経験（10年以上尚可）
• 人財戦略の立案および実行経験
• 評価制度の設計・運用経験
• 組織開発やリーダー育成に関する実績
• グローバル環境や多文化環境での業務経験尚可
• データ分析を活用した人事施策の立案および運用経験尚可
• 働き方改革やダイバーシティ推進に関する知識・経験尚可

A renowned vacuum solutions company is seeking an HR Head. The selected candidate will lead talent strategy, foster corporate culture, and drive HR, General Affairs, and IT strategies to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Design career paths and leadership development programs
• Optimise and manage recruitment, performance evaluation, and compensation structures
• Oversee general affairs, including regulatory management and office environment optimisation
• Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and corporate culture
• Collaborate with the executive team to align talent strategies with business goals

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of managerial experience in HR and General Affairs
• Practical experience in talent strategy development, performance evaluation, and leadership training
• Experience in global or multicultural environments is ideal
• Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus
• Expertise in data-driven HR decision-making preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
