ピープル＆カルチャースペシャリスト/ People and Culture Specialist

A global technology company is looking for a People and Culture Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end people operations and support local implementation of HR initiatives. This is a contract and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Execute global and regional HR processes and tools at the country level
• Manage operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll
• Maintain and update HRIS data for accuracy
• Advise on local labor laws and handle employee relations matters
• Support execution of training and development programs
• Partner with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in HR (HR specialist or generalist role)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English
