人事マネージャー/ HR Manager
An international healthcare solutions company is seeking an HR Manager. The selected candidate will lead and execute HR strategies, oversee recruitment, and support organisational development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with corporate and business goals
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities using Workday and TALEO
- Manage HR policies, employee relations, and labour compliance
- Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and onboarding processes
- Organise and support training programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HRIS data, ensure audit readiness, and generate HR reports
Requirements:
- More than 8 years of HR experience within a multinational company in a generalist role
- Skilled in Workday, TALEO, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Knowledge of labour laws
- Ability and willingness to collaborate across functions and lead initiatives
