HRBP/ HRBP

A renowned retail company in the international eyewear industry is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. The selected candidate will lead HR initiatives, manage hiring, and support leadership and global teams. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business needs
• Identify and manage hiring for critical roles
• Drive and implement HR initiatives and programs
• Evaluate training programs and support employee development
• Manage performance and resolve employee relations issues
• Support global HR projects and local implementation

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in HR departments (FMCG or retail sector is ideal)
• Experience in HR processes
• Prior experience in project management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP HR
• Knowledge of Japanese labor law
• Professional level Japanese and English
