HRBP/ HRBP
A renowned retail company in the international eyewear industry is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. The selected candidate will lead HR initiatives, manage hiring, and support leadership and global teams. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business needs
- Identify and manage hiring for critical roles
- Drive and implement HR initiatives and programs
- Evaluate training programs and support employee development
- Manage performance and resolve employee relations issues
- Support global HR projects and local implementation
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in HR departments (FMCG or retail sector is ideal)
- Experience in HR processes
- Prior experience in project management
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP HR
- Knowledge of Japanese labor law
- Professional level Japanese and English
