A renowned automation machinery manufacturer is seeking a HRBP/ Senior HR Generalist. The selected candidate will handle recruitment, HR systems, and employee benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and onboarding
  • Enter and process monthly invoices using SAP
  • Maintain and update employee records in Workday
  • Administer health, life, and retirement benefits
  • Resolve benefits-related concerns with employees and vendors
  • Support internal and external HR-related matters

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in HR functions
  • Understanding of HR policies and processes
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
