HRアドバイザー/ HRBP/ HR Advisor/ HRBP

A global financial services company is looking for an HR Advisor / HRBP. The selected candidate will provide strategic HR advisory and operational support across key areas such as employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Advise and coach managers and employees on complex HR matters
• Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to optimise HR service delivery
• Provide policy guidance and oversee complex events involving specialist teams
• Promote adoption of HR systems and tools through change management support
• Lead employee relations activities, including handling grievances and investigations
• Support country-level reward strategies, pay reviews, and compliance training programs

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of HRBP or any type of HR advisory or HR strategy experience
• Experience with rewards is a plus
• Native level Japanese; fluent level English
