ピープルオペレーション シニアマネージャー/ People Operations Sr. Manager
An international fashion design company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations, North Asia. The selected candidate will lead HR operations for Japan and Korea while driving operational excellence and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations in Japan and Korea, ensuring operational consistency and service excellence
- Act as the subject matter expert on HR operations, focusing on employee experience and service delivery
- Manage escalations, lead process improvements, and partner on projects across the business
- Drive operational excellence by managing service providers and continuously improving processes
- Oversee compliance with local employment laws, data privacy, and lead audits and reporting
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 5-6, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 8 years of experience in HR operations with project management experience
- Project management experience from discovery to delivery
- Proven expertise in case management systems (ServiceNow or equivalent) and HCM (SuccessFactors or Workday)
- Deep understanding of employment laws in Japan
- Knowledge of Korean regulations is a plus
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting with strong process management skills
- Ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and influence stakeholders effectively
- Fluent level Japanese and English; Korean is a plus
