人事マネージャー/ HR Manager

A multinational media company is looking for an HR Manager. The selected candidate will manage payroll, labour compliance, recruitment, HR systems, and drive HR development initiatives. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and revise employment rules and policies in line with legal and internal changes
• Manage payroll, year-end adjustments, and social insurance in collaboration with external consultants
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and handle filings with the labour office
• Manage communication with labour unions and legal advisors
• Operate and manage HR systems including MoneyForward, SmartHR, and My Number
• Design and improve HR systems, evaluation standards, and incentive structures
• Lead talent management, staffing, and employee development
• Coordinate internal and external training programs
• Manage recruitment processes

Requirements:

• Practical experience in business efficiency and process improvement
• Prior project management experience is ideal
• Previous member management experience preferred
• Proven ability to work hands-on with various HR tasks
• Strong communication skills to persuade and collaborate across departments
• Ability and willingness to grow as a versatile HR professional
• Flexibility to operate and improve HR processes in a small organisation
• Professional level Japanese; conversational level English
