サービスサポート/ Service Support
An international biopharmaceutical company is hiring a Service Support professional. The selected candidate will support the field service team and coordinate communication between customers and engineers. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Process service orders accurately and on time
- Manage delivery schedules, engineer availability, and required tools and parts
- Coordinate all back-office commercial operations for the service business
- Facilitate smooth communication between Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience as Sales Support or Service Support
- Prior work experience in a global company
- Experience using SAP (ERP)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Native level Japanese; professional level English
