サービスサポート/ Service Support

An international biopharmaceutical company is hiring a Service Support professional. The selected candidate will support the field service team and coordinate communication between customers and engineers. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Process service orders accurately and on time
• Manage delivery schedules, engineer availability, and required tools and parts
• Coordinate all back-office commercial operations for the service business
• Facilitate smooth communication between Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience as Sales Support or Service Support
• Prior work experience in a global company
• Experience using SAP (ERP)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; professional level English
