カスタマーオペレーションマネージャー/ Customer Operations Manager

An international healthcare company is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager. The selected candidate will optimise commercial processes, align with global strategies, and provide data-driven insights to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with APAC and global objectives
• Optimise sales operations through CRM management, reporting, and performance analytics
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, and operational efficiencies
• Oversee forecasting models, integrating market research and analytics to support business planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of commercial initiatives
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, analytics, or related field
• More than 10 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or finance
• More than 5 years of experience in Japan’s healthcare or MedTech industry
• Practical experience with secondary data sources, such as sales and prescription data
• Experience working with regional and global teams
• Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva)
• Advanced Excel modelling skills
• Possess a valid MBA qualification preferred
• Fluent level English and Japanese
