コマーシャルデベロップメントマネージャー/ Commercial Development Manager

An international biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Commercial Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales, develop customer relationships, and promote innovative products in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

• Promote products and services to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities aligned with growth strategy
• Drive newly launched products and services and ensure successful implementation
• Achieve ATS product Spec Win targets and integrate solutions into clinical and commercial manufacturing
• Manage customer relationships throughout the clinical pipeline lifecycle
• Develop and implement account plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences or engineering
• More than 3 years of field sales experience with lab/process-based experience in life sciences
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
