A global medical device company is looking for a Medical Affairs Manager. The selected candidate will lead medical strategy, KOL engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to support commercial and clinical goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with KOLs and medical societies for scientific exchange
• Develop and execute medical strategy across pre-launch to post-launch phases
• Lead evidence generation initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Drive medical education programs and advisory board activities
• Provide medical insights to marketing, access, and commercial excellence teams
• Ensure compliance by reviewing promotional and regulatory materials

Requirements:

• Medical Doctor or PhD
• Experience in Nephrology, medical affairs (or other specialty) or in renal therapy domain
• Prior post-graduation Nephrology, medicine, or critical care experience is a plus
• Proven experience creating new scientific engagement platforms
