メディカルアフェアーズマネージャー/ Medical Affairs Manager
A global research and manufacturing company is looking for a Medical Affairs Manager. The selected candidate will lead scientific engagement initiatives with medical experts and support strategic education efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead KOL engagement and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries
- Drive strategic education initiatives with external stakeholders
- Develop KOL mapping and engagement strategies aligned with medical objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and evidence generation
- Plan and execute medical education activities including congresses and symposiums
- Provide scientific training and insights to commercial teams and inform strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in clinical or science domain
- 3-5 years of direct clinical or relevant industry experience
- Experience managing research collaboration is ideal
- Ability to interpret scientific data
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent level written and verbal Japanese; business level English is ideal
