シニアサイエンティスト、リアルワールドエビデンス/ Senior Scientist, Real-World Evidence

A renowned international consumer goods company is hiring a Senior Scientist, Real-World Evidence. The selected candidate will lead the design, execution, and oversight of RWE studies and ensure alignment with scientific and regulatory standards. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage regional RWE project portfolios from design through delivery
• Align scientific strategies with global and local RWE stakeholders
• Serve as primary contact for Principal Investigators and Key Opinion Leaders
• Oversee study design, statistical methods, and data analysis for RWE research
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance throughout study lifecycle
• Mentor study teams and maintain technical leadership in epidemiology and data science

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in statistics, epidemiology, public health, data science, or life science domain (PhD in statistics, epidemiology, public health, or data science)
• Experience in study design, conduct and analysis of RWE studies in pharmaceutical, consumer goods, financial, or clinical research environment
• Prior experience with large electronic health databases
• Fluent level written and spoken Japanese and English
