アソシエイトディレクター ソリューションデザイン/ Associate Director - Solution Design

An international biopharmaceutical company is seeking an Associate Director – Solution Design. The selected candidate will lead strategic solution development and collaborate cross-functionally to create tailored proposals for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership and business development to create initial solution designs and approaches
• Align proposed solutions with business development to ensure client needs are met
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate necessary information
• Review and validate solution designs to ensure alignment and quality
• Lead follow-up activities to transition opportunities from proposal to awarded work
• Monitor opportunity status and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Analyse current programs to provide insights for optimisation and evolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field
• More than 5 years of relevant working experience in the life sciences industry or consulting
• More than 4 years of program and project management experience in matrixed organisations
• Proven management consulting or service company experience (CRO, CCO)
• Experience in life sciences consulting or pharmaceutical industry roles is ideal
• Knowledge of Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales/Marketing, REMS/Regulatory, Clinical is desired
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (VBA modelling)
• Possess a valid MBA, MPH, or MHA qualification is ideal
