シニアプログラムマネージャー S&OP/ Senior Program Manager S&OP

An international e-commerce company is looking for a Senior Program Manager S&OP. The chosen applicant will be at the forefront of planning and coordinating major sale events, driving execution success with various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate major sale events in partnership with S&OP, OTR and UTR Capacity Planning, and Channel teams
• Decide on peak strategy inputs, get leadership sign-offs on debate topics, coordinate timelines across various stakeholders, and manage dependencies
• Ensure sustained improvements in Peak planning processes by diving deep into root causes for deviations
• Drive reporting best practices in partnership with LMEA and ORBIT teams
• Lead leadership and operational reviews in preparation for sale events
• Coordinate whistle-stops across the company to ensure preparedness ahead of major peak events
• Maintain regular communication with EU and NA S&OP and planning teams to leverage experience

Requirements:

• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organisational development, instructional design, or a related field is preferred
• More than 5 years of program or project management experience
• More than 3 years of experience with SQL, Python, advanced Excel, and databases is preferred
• More than 2 years of experience driving process improvements is preferred
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Proficient in MS Excel (background in processing and extracting insights from data)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Business level written and verbal Japanese and English
