パフォーマンスアナリスト/ Performance Analyst

A renowned energy company is looking for a Performance Analyst. The selected candidate will lead performance analysis of solar farms through data evaluation, system monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse weather data and site performance to identify issues and optimise solar farm operations
• Implement and manage SCADA systems for new solar sites, ensuring seamless integration
• Conduct detailed performance analysis and provide actionable insights to maximise energy output
• Coordinate with O&M providers to investigate and resolve system faults
• Maintain internal databases and manage data flows for reliable performance tracking
• Oversee performance revenue budgets, asset databases, and onboarding processes
• Create detailed performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Recommend and implement optimisation strategies for operational efficiency
• Conduct thermal drone surveys and follow up on findings with O&M providers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Excel VBA or equivalent
• Experience with CAD and PVsyst preferred
• Possess a valid driver's licence to drive in Japan
• High Intermediate level Japanese; advanced level English
