A global industrial power company is seeking a Sales Specialist. The selected candidate will drive sales growth by delivering power and cooling solutions and developing strong client networks. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote power and cooling solutions to manufacturing clients and meet monthly sales targets
  • Develop and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities into key accounts
  • Build relationships and expand networks within the manufacturing industry
  • Deliver compelling product presentations to prospective and existing clients
  • Handle inquiries, prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Share insights on market trends and competitor activity
  • Conduct competitor analysis and maintain accurate CRM records

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Business
  • More than 2 years of sales experience in the manufacturing sector or Data Centre
  • Understanding of technical power and cooling applications
  • Proven success in deal-closing and contract negotiation
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently for client visits
  • Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English preferred
