プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A multinational power engineering solutions company is hiring a Senior Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead complex engineering projects, overseeing execution, planning, and stakeholder coordination. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project teams by defining guidelines, assigning tasks, and managing resources
• Plan and schedule project scope, financials, timelines, and risk management with Project Controls
• Monitor and control project execution, financials, invoicing, risks, and resource utilization
• Manage contracts, procurement, and coordinate with Supply Chain on supplier negotiations
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships while serving as the main contact for project issues
• Ensure compliance with internal and external HSE policies, regulations, and values

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical or Electronics)
• Proven experience in electrical engineering and industrial software technologies
• Proficient in GA, MG, and BESS control systems
• Skilled in engineering software applications
• Possess a valid Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus
