シニアUIデザイナー/ Senior UI Designer

An international digital advertising company is seeking a Senior UI Designer. The selected candidate will lead the conception and design of exceptional digital experiences for both Japanese and international markets. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Execute digital communication, interface, and interaction design
• Deliver responsive, systematic design solutions using agile methods
• Develop visual concepts for pitches and new business
• Present designs confidently and build trusted stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate openly with peers and clients throughout the design process
• Manage projects to meet quality, timeline, and budget goals
• Apply emerging design and tech trends to your work
• Monitor cultural trends to inspire creative direction
• Mentor junior designers and support team development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Interaction Design, or any design-related field is ideal
• Senior-level design experience in an agency or in-house
• Experience with mood boards, wireframes, and design systems
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• Strong visual sense with skills in typography, layout, and aesthetics
• Understanding of usability, accessibility, and development constraints
• Native level Japanese; intermediate level English
