A global digital advertising agency is looking for an Associate Design Director. The selected candidate will lead creative strategy and design direction across digital platforms and mentor teams to produce world-class digital experiences. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Set creative direction from discovery through post-launch
• Lead creative strategy across multiple accounts and projects
• Develop strategic design concepts with internal teams and clients
• Deliver innovative, user-centric digital experiences
• Present creative vision to clients with clarity and impact
• Continuously improve creative workflows and team efficiency
• Inspire and mentor creative teams, guiding professional development
• Manage onboarding and career progression for creatives
• Support business growth through pitch contributions and presentations
• Provide hands-on creative guidance using standard design tools

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in creative leadership roles
• Proven experience managing cross-disciplinary creative teams
• Expertise in UI/UX design, digital platform development, and responsive design
• Strong collaboration skills with UX and development leads
• Passion for design innovation
• Possess a portfolio showcasing their creative disciplines (art direction, user experience and UI design)
