ECマネージャー/ EC Manager

A global consumer products manufacturer is looking for an eCommerce Manager. The selected candidate will drive growth and manage strategy for Amazon and DTC channels while aligning with regional and local teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute EC channel plans in line with global strategy
• Manage 1P Amazon Japan vendor account and maintain strong relationships with Amazon stakeholders
• Lead Joint Business Plan (JBP) development and execution with Amazon
• Align with regional teams across eCommerce, commercial, marketing, and supply chain functions
• Oversee forecasting, sales analysis, promotional planning, and content localisation
• Optimise traffic and conversion through performance media and data-driven insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 8 years of experience in eCommerce, sales, or channel management in Japan
• Experience managing Amazon 1P
• Skilled in strategy development and financial management (developing and managing budgets)
• Proficient in eCommerce and digital marketing in Japan
• Skilled in MS PowerPoint
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
