クリエイティブリード/ Creative Lead

A renowned eCommerce company is seeking a Creative Lead. The selected candidate will lead ideation, manage a small creative team, and ensure brand-aligned execution across channels. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Translate brand and growth briefs into impactful campaign and content ideas
• Collaborate with global brand team to co-develop and localise campaign concepts
• Drive brainstorming, mood-boarding, and early-stage concept development
• Manage and mentor a designer and copywriter, promoting a creative, feedback-rich culture
• Oversee asset production for video, print, digital, and outdoor in line with brand guidelines
• Lead and manage product photo shoots, from vendor coordination to budget oversight

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of creative experience in the B2C industry (agency or in house), including campaign ideation, art direction, or copy-led work
• More than 3 years of experience in eCommerce and visual merchandising at retail storefront
• Experience in visual design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
• Prior experience in offline ads (OOH, PR stunts)
• Proven experience in directing and organising shoots (photo and video)
• Skilled in digital ads for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter
• Knowledge of Japanese market
• Native level spoken Japanese; business level English
