テクニカルサービスエンジニア/ Technical Service Engineer
A multinational adhesive solutions company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer in the Customer Solution Centre. The selected candidate will work closely with the global automation team to propose, test, and deploy automation solutions for the Japanese market.
- Conduct customer visits and technical meetings to identify automation needs and propose solutions
- Collaborate with the headquarters team in Germany to share technical requirements and translate solutions
- Partner with the sales team to carry out technical proposal activities and develop automation equipment partnerships
- Evaluate and establish partnerships with automation equipment partners, both locally and internationally
- Conduct internal and external training on products and technologies for sales and technical teams
- Organise customer training programs and share knowledge with teams across the Asia region
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering
- Practical experience in machinery design, system integration, or automation equipment development
- Experience in customer-facing technical discussions and project execution
- Familiarity with 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of machinery design and automation
- General knowledge of analytical and mechanical test methods
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Native level Japanese; business level English
