A global specialty chemicals company is looking for a Sales, BL Consumer Solution BU MPP. The selected candidate will drive sales growth, manage accounts, and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve annual sales targets of approximately 4 million EUR and manage receivables
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts to ensure stable supply and business continuity
• Develop strategies for new business growth, aiming for over 5% CAGR, aligned with HQ and regional directives
• Gather and analyse market trends in personal care, hygiene, household products, and animal biosecurity, providing regular updates to HQ and regional teams
• Track competitor activities and share insights with relevant teams
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and distributor relationships, including performance assessments and corrective actions
• Initiate and manage new projects to drive business growth
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Japan and globally to support business expansion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a relevant domain
• 5-10 years of experience in related industries (chemical industries or trading company relevant to chemical is ideal)
• Experience in sales, marketing, or technical marketing service in a similar domain (chemicals if not biocides)
• Skilled in business development and project management is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in Japanese and reading, written, and verbal English
