営業担当/ Sales Representative

A global chemical manufacturer is searching for a Sales Representative. The selected candidate will be developing local sales to meet company targets and profitability goals, with a focus on marine coatings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop local sales in the Protective and Marine Coatings market to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals
• Take over and manage selected customer accounts as part of the account transition process
• Meet or exceed assigned annual sales budget and performance objectives
• Prepare and implement action plans to effectively generate sales within the assigned territory or customer segment
• Report regularly to management on sales plans, activities, and performance results
• Provide timely and accurate quotations for customer inquiries, aiming to maintain competitive pricing while maximising profit margins
• Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends
• Create and deliver proposal presentations and respond to RFPs in a professional and strategic manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of sales experience
• Experience in selling to a ship owner, ship management company, or shipyard
• Experience in the protective and marine coatings industry is a plus
• Strong understanding of customer needs, product knowledge, market dynamics, and industry trends
• Proficient in MS Office
• Familiarity with sales management systems like SalesForce is preferred
• Basic level written and reading English (fluent level verbal is desirable)
