セールスエグゼクティブ/ Advanced Materials – Sales Executive
A global chemical company is looking for a Sales Executive. The chosen applicant will be driving top-line growth by creating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within the targeted segment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop new business
- Manage the existing business
- Drive strategy for profitable business growth
- Develop short-term and long-term business plans, including sales and gross margin forecasts
- Build relationships with suppliers and customers
- Manage pricing according to the respective product strategy and in consultation with the Business Unit Manager
- Lead operations, logistics, and supply chain for the business
- Conduct competitive assessment or analysis via competitor's product analysis, market survey, and industrial benchmarking
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of business development for raw chemicals for plastics (additives, pigments, solvents, resins and other chemicals)
- More than 3 years of experience in supply chain, commercial process operation (import/stocking and distribution)
- Experience in creating impact with quantifiable results through close interaction with the Japanese customers
- Good operating knowledge of revenue as well as gross margin management
- Understanding of complex matrix organisations
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organisation
- Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
